⇨ Top floor apartment of a duplex, in a relaxed neighborhood in Orem. With plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Including a carport at the top of the long driveway, and plenty of free street parking. ★Consider reserving the whole duplex for large groups!★ ⇨ Convenient location, easy to find. Upon arrival; contactless, keyless, self-check-in. ⇨ Originally built in 1974 and updated with modern amenities (see photos & amenities list), this is a spacious apartment with plenty of natural light. ⇨ The back door off the kitchen leads to a private balcony above the backyard. It has a staircase that leads down to the yard and a patio with outdoor dining furniture. The yard is spacious and fenced-in. Perfect for lawn games with the kids! ⇨ It also features many mature trees, casting the perfect amount of shade for sunny days! And would any yard be complete without a large pear tree and some grape vines that grow along the fence? Of course not. Thankfully we have those too! (Seasonally of course). ⇨ Inside the apartment you will find Plush Memory Foam beds with Sleep Restoration Cooling Gel pillows for your ultimate comfort. As well as, a large Living Room with a couch that transforms into a bed for extra sleeping arrangements. We provide extra bedding in the closet. ⇨ The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking basics. Like pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishware, cooking oil, and a variety of spices. As well as small cooking appliances. such as a toaster, blender, and microwave. ⇨ The dining room table provides seating for 4 with 2 extra chairs in the Living Room that can be brought in for guests. A great place to enjoy meals together! ⇨ If you enjoy a warm cup in the morning, we've got you covered. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are included! Sugar and Splenda for sweeteners. ⇨ For the business traveler, we provide a dedicated desktop workspace in the Living Room. This spacious area is perfect for hosting in-person meetings! With the couch and 6 additional chairs available, there's plenty of seating. And the large TV can be used for slideshow presentations. USB and HDMI ports on the back of the TV (bring your own cords and plug right in). ⇨ Staying for a while? We've got an in-unit washer and dryer fully stocked with laundry soap and dryer sheets. ⇨ We highly recommend a vehicle for ease of transportation. ⇨ However, we are 0.5 miles from the nearest Utah Valley Express (UVX) stop connecting you to downtown Provo and the FrontRunner rail system. From there you can get to practically anywhere in the valley. Using Trax station and bus routes, Salt Lake City / County is easily accessible from where we are located in Utah County. ⇨ There are also "Spin" electric scooters for rent all around Orem. ⇨ Uber or Lyft are always great options.
