Including a carport at the top of the long driveway, and plenty of free street parking. ★Consider reserving the whole duplex for large groups!★ ⇨ Convenient location, easy to find. Upon arrival; contactless, keyless, self-check-in. ⇨ Originally built in 1974 and updated with modern amenities (see photos & amenities list), this is a spacious apartment with plenty of natural light. ⇨ The back door off the kitchen leads to a private patio area in a shared backyard. The yard is spacious and perfect for kids who love to run around and play! While the mature trees around the edges make it feel private and cast a lovely amount of shade on those sunny days! There's also a side patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs. A great place to sit and relax after playing tag with the kids! And would any yard be complete without a large pear tree and some grape vines that grow along the fence? Of course not. Thankfully we have those too! (Seasonally of course). ⇨ Inside the apartment you will find memory foam beds with Sleep Restoration Cooling Gel pillows for ultimate comfort. A large living room with 2 couches that transform into beds for extra sleeping arrangements, with extra bedding in the closet. ⇨ The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking basics. Like pots & pans, cooking utensils, plenty of dishwares, a variety of spices, and much more. A large dining room table with room for the whole family provides a place to enjoy meals together! ⇨ If you enjoy a warm cup in the morning, we've got you covered. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are included! Sugar and Splenda for sweeteners ⇨ For the business traveler, we provide a dedicated desktop workspace in the Living Room. This spacious area is perfect for hosting in-person meetings! With the couch and 6 additional chairs available, there's plenty of seating. And the large TV can be used for slideshow presentations. USB and HDMI ports on the back of the TV (bring your own cords and plug right in). ⇨ Staying for a while? We've got an in-unit washer and dryer fully stocked with laundry soap and dryer sheets. From there you can get to practically anywhere between the valley Trax station and bus routes making Salt Lake City / County easily accessible from where we are located in Utah County. ⇨ There are also "Spin" electric scooters for rent all around Orem. ⇨ Uber or Lyft are always great options.
